Placing a Deposit: What You Need to Know
If you're looking for a specific Bengal type or look, we encourage you to check our website regularly. Once a litter reaches approximately 15 days old, we post pictures of the kittens. Some buyers act quickly, placing a deposit to reserve their chosen kitten. Once a deposit is placed, that kitten is exclusively held for the buyer and is no longer available to others who may prefer to wait until the kittens are older before making a decision.
If you're reasonably certain about a kitten, we recommend placing a deposit to secure your choice. If you later decide that another kitten is a better fit, you may switch—provided the second kitten is still available at that time.
All deposits are non-refundable. This policy ensures that buyers are serious about their commitment and helps us manage reservations fairly. Please be sure before placing a deposit.
Please note that, due to high demand, we’re unable to text or email everyone individually about new litters as they are born and develop. To ensure fairness, we do not hold kittens without a deposit. Thank you for your understanding!
